Raja Muhazam Farid is an experienced Malaysian intellectual-property and patent practitioner, patent drafter and consultant. His work combines detailed professional analysis with training and the development of practical learning tools.

His professional work includes ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS training and consultancy, information-security management, audit and assurance, ISO 37001 anti-bribery training and business continuity planning. These domains involve more than knowing a framework: they require evidence, interpretation and an understanding of what happens when a decision is put into practice.

How the work is developed

  1. Frame the question

    Start with the professional situation and the decision it requires. Define what is known, what remains uncertain and what is outside the tool’s scope.

  2. Make the evidence visible

    Use structured questions, records and practical exercises to separate an observation from an assumption. A missing answer is a gap to investigate, not a reason to invent certainty.

  3. Preserve the trade-offs

    Keep risk, timing, resources and consequences in view. An audit finding, a security-leadership decision and a patent filing each demand different evidence, even when the discipline of judgement is shared.

  4. Return judgement to the user

    Offer a usable framework, not a claim to decide everything. Technology can support the exercise; interpretation, professional responsibility and the decision remain human.
